The ten-day training camp will include intensive practice sessions covering various aspects of Shotokan Karate, including Kihon (basics), Kata (form), and Kumite (sparring). Special sessions on strength and conditioning, flexibility, and meditation will also be part of the camp curriculum.

The camp will be led by experienced instructors from the Nepal Shotokan Karate Association - WSKF, providing participants with an opportunity to refine their techniques and deepen their understanding of Shotokan Karate principles.

Apart from the training, the camp will also offer a variety of recreational activities, promoting camaraderie among participants and making the experience enjoyable and memorable.

The camp is open to all Shotokan Karate enthusiasts, regardless of their level of expertise. Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the camp.
